Baby Update

I am in the 2nd trimester!

We had an appointment on Monday. We had a surprise sonogram. The Baby looks GREAT. Baby was moving and you could see arms, legs, ribs and spinal cord.
Heart rate was 160 bpm.
We find out the sex on January 24 at 9:50 am!! Less then 7 weeks away:)

Austin Birthday Day!

After lunch we took Austin for is FIRST haircut.

We gave him is first sucker- so he could focus on sucking and the lady could focus on cutting

I like suckers! (only problem was it got covered in hair and was sticky)

(Daddy was so excited- he has been wanting to cut Austin's hair for months)

We gave Austin half of a cupcake for dessert:)

He was an old pro

Length: 31 inches (85%)

What is Austin up to these days?

NO MORE BOTTLES!

He drinks Whole Milk from a sippy cup (he did great)

NO MORE Pacifiers (he only used them a little)

He is taking steps- Chris and I have him walk to us each night

He still needs to figure out how to stand up on his own- can can pull up and then walk

His vocabulary is growing by the day: Mama, dada, dog, bye, hi, nana, grandma,

up, ball, hat, duck

He will eat anything- he pretty much eats what we eat

His favorite food is Mandarin oranges

He wears size 5 shoes, 18 month clothes, size 4 diapers

He takes 2 naps some days and some days just one

He sleeps for 8:00pm- 6:30am (on the dot)

He LOVES cars and planes (anything with wheels)

He LOVES his new swing set

He LOVES to give KISSES

He is a very active little boy

I am so blessed to be mom to these sweet, laid back and adorable little boy

I can not wait to see what GOD has in store for him this next year!

I know he will be a GREAT big brother!
