We are BACK!!

Wow the last 6 weeks have been filled with contractors. We finished our upstairs. When we built the house 2 years ago we left the upstairs unfinished. We had no babies:) It is 1450 square feet, a huge bonus room/playroom/office, Laura has her very own sewing room (our dining room is no longer the sweat shop), a guest bedroom and a full bath. It was so fun to see our vision come alive. Chris and I have spent a lot of time on this project. We were very blessed to have wonderful contractors that gave us great recommendations for other contractors. The project start to finish was 6 weeks and we only went over $500. Not too shabby. We know we will enjoy the space for many years to come. Austin LOVES running around upstairs. It warms my heart to hear him and Chris wrestle and giggle. Our furniture should be here by middle of May and then Chris will make his dream purchase of a BIG TV!!! I see lots of sleepovers, football watching parties, and just plain ole family fun upstairs.
